School Resources

I think materials matter a great deal in and beyond the classroom. For example, in a high school chemistry lab where students sit in large groups, only a few can learn from the materials that were meant to be for one. Especially if those students aren't given time to teach each other what they learned by using these materials. As a negative result, these students might fail. They even might feel that they can not accomplish there educational goals. It is a negative impact either way.  "In January the school begins to ration crayons, pencils, writing paper."
