Banking education; solution 2

The second  solution I propose is to engage the students intrest in what there learning. Let them learn in creative ways and express themselves in the class room. Let them feel comfortable in there environment and Allow them to talk to each other more, help eachother understand the matirial if there struggling anywhere. Add more visual stimulation to education. Get the education system more active.
